Structural work includes a concrete footing, steel columns, expansion anchors, beams, roof joists, shear walls, and hold downs with epoxy anchors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. NOTE: The panel installation done under a separate permit (FIR11-00493) has not yet been finaled. The installing contractor for the AES is aware that coordination with the installing contractor for the panel installation will be required. An as-built from the contractor installing the FACP will be required to indicate an “AES BY OTHERS” (or a note equivalent) rather than phone lines.
