Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Upgrade Agreement to provide a family assisted use restroom on the first floor core restroom area is attached to this case. Scope of work to include: the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, re-lamp existing lighting, installation of interior nonbearing walls, and related interior finishes per Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC.
