(APRIA HEALTHCARE) Remodel within the existing tenant space to add one private office and enlarge an existing "S-1" oxygen storage room to become an "H-3" occupancy secure storage room for oxygen tank storage due to exceeding the allowable quantities of hazard material per approved plans. Tenant went into this space under permit BLD11-01701. Work to include select interior demolition; construction of walls and access door to create additional private office and construct 1-hour vertical and horizontal fire barriers with fire rated door, frame and hardware, to separate the "H3" occupancy portion from other areas; modify electrical, mechanical and fire suppression systems per reviewed plans, all red-lined notes and all attached plan reviews of all reviewing agencies as part of the approved plans.
