(BOISE INC - 2ND FLR REMODEL) Minor remodel to enlarge a conference room from 458 square feet to 580 square feet. Work to include: construction of non-combustible full height partition walls, new light switching, new accessible door / hardware, relocate duct and diffuser, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
