Add and relocate sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
(HP BLDG 7 - PACKAGE TEST LAB EXPANSION) Construct interior non-bearing non-rated walls to create a Package Test Lab in conjunction with recent test lab relocation and testing facilities. This new room will occupy a portion of the existing Shipping Receiving Area; relocated double doors installed; modified ceiling; mechanical & electrical services upgrades for new use. A separate permit is required before any work can be done for any modifications of the existing sprinkler or alarm systems as regulated by the Fire Department. Limited rack storage of products used in packaging test lab, with storage height limited to 12 feet or less. Racks to be secured to each other, the floor and / or walls to provide lateral support. Scope of work will not increase building area, occupant load or occupancy use groups. drs
