(EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS) To remodel an existing 1,235 sq. ft. tenant space, created under BLD06-02282, by expanding 160 sq ft into the adjacent empty space to the west. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Work includes: construction of 36 lineal feet of full height interior non-bearing wall, installation of a new premanufactured walkin cooler, electrical modifications, new flooring, and interior finishes in accordance with ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
