Building Department Scope:

Walgreens Store - To construct a new 13,900 square foot, one story, wood framed retail drug store with pharmacy with drive-thru window, one hour photo processing, storage area and restrooms. The building will be constructed of exterior masonry walls and steel structural frame. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
