This quick permit is to remove all existing fire alarm devices and wiring. The devices were installed for unknown reasons and are not required. Per the contractor, there is no existing fire alarm panel. There is an upgrade agreement (attached to the bldg permit) to eventually sprinkler the building and provide a fire alarm panel for monitoring that will be done under a separate permit. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD11-02585 (TERRA FRESH) Remodel for a new 16,184 sq. ft. industrial tenant with existing office areas within an existing 2 story, 30,816 sq. ft. (24,202 sq. ft.- 1st; 3,614 sq. ft. covered dock, 1st; 3,000 sq. ft. 2nd level) building per approved plans. Work to include modification within existing portion of 16,184 sq. ft. to create a new 1,123 sq. ft. production / processing & 7,981 sq. ft. plastic pallet / tote storage area occupancy use and maintain the existing office area. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered at this time. There is copy of an Upgrade Agreement attached to this permit addressed to 5253 Kendall and to 5237 Kendall (Hickory Farms) to install a sprinkler system throughout the building per the approve agreement. drs
