Work is to include a tenant demising wall, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, restroom ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A separate permit is required for any high-rack storage.
