This fire alarm permit is to provide notification due to a tenant remodel. New devices are to be added to existing circuits. This is an addition to the voice evacuation system.

Associated building permit: BLD12-00133 (BALIHOO - 3RD STORY - Expansion) Permit is to combine an existing 9,345 square foot tenant space (BLD08-02360) with two adjacent tenant spaces on that floor to create a new tenant space that encompasses the entire 3rd floor of approximately 13,218 square feet. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls, demolition of interior walls to create large open office areas, new lighting, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
