"Precision Personal Training" Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 975 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the installation of a new exterior door on the north side of the space, removal of some light fixtures for compliance with IECC lighting requirements and enlarging the existing bathroom to meet current accessibility standards. All finishes per chapter 8 of the IBC. All work per the approved plans, plan review report, attached engineering and any notations. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
