This quick permit scope of work is to relocate an existing speaker/strobe to accomodate a tenant remodel. There are no changes to the voltage drops or battery calculations. There are redlines on the plans for strobe effect verification. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD12-00181 (A10 Capital – CW Moore Plaza – 4th Floor) This building is fire sprinklered to meet the high-rise provisions of the UBC. To remodel a portion of the existing 11,200 square foot tenant space for a new tenant. Previously occupied by “CSHQA” under BLD00-00250. Work is to include: infill existing openings with non-combustible framing, construction of interior non-combustible nonbearing walls, installation of new doors and hardware, installation of new floor finishes, minor fire alarm work (relocating annunciator), and installation of suspended ceilings all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
