This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing voice evacuation and visual notification system in to the new/remodeled tenant area on the 4th floor. The new devices are to be tied in to existing circuits.

Associated building permit: BLD12-00179 (CLEARWATER ANALYTICS – Sedgewick Building) Permit is to create a 7,141 square foot office space on the 4th floor. This building is sprinklered for one-hour substitution. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: [construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create 10 conference rooms, 6 team rooms, two storage rooms, one-hour corridor extensions, and a break room], installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new electrical, modify mechanical, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
