The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of splitting one tenant space into two. The new demising wall causes the southern space to have over spaced sprinklers. Therefore, the sprinklers in the southern space are being relocated utilizing mechanical tees. Both spaces have EC25 sprinklers spaced at a maximum of 14’x14’. The northern space has a small office area remodel. The office ceiling does not go to the deck. Therefore, the upright sprinklers will remain as is.
Building Department Scope:
(PILOT FRIEGHT) Permit is to divide a 13,892 square foot tenant space (Permitted under BLD05-02751) into two new tenant spaces; this tenant space will be 6,056 and located in the northern tip of this building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create a two additional offices and to divide off the other portion of the old tenant space, new plumbing, new high/low drinking fountain, new doors / accessible hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
