Work to include: installation of an interior non-bearing partition wall to create a larger stock room, installation of new flooring in retail area, new fixtures (including accessible POS counter), patch repair existing suspended ceiling system per CISCA 0-2, new lighting, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
