Field Inspector - Please, see last page of review.(GREENER BURKE SHOEMAKER – Banner Bank Building – Ste # 950) Permit is to relocate interior partition walls in order to layout the 14,600 square foot 9th floor to accommodate two tenants. This tenant will occupy the 6,022 square foot NE end of existing floor. The EPA will be occupying the remaining 8,600 square feet under a separate permit. The last two tenants to occupy the entire floor were “A10-Capitol (under BLD11-00296) and “Greener Burke Shoemaker” (under BLD11-00297). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans. Work includes: [relocating interior non-bearing walls to re-demise space, add a conference room, and add a file room], relocate lighting, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
