The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and deleting sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.


Building Department Scope:

(CLEARWATER ANALYTICS – Sedgewick Building) Permit is to create a 7,141 square foot office space on the 4th floor. This building is sprinklered for one-hour substitution. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: [construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create 10 conference rooms, 6 team rooms, two storage rooms, one-hour corridor extensions, and a break room], installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new electrical, modify mechanical, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
