The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding protection to a new wing of an existing home. The existing garage is being converted into living space. The home is being used as an assisted living facility.


Building Department Scope:

This project is for the conversion of a 484 ft2 attached garage into living space. The conversion will create the need for two (2) parking spaces to replace the garage parking. Per Residential Additions & Accessory Buildings Review, the new parking shall be paved per notes of approval R-1A ok per Joan Johnson. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked Energy prescriptive option and the plan review notes. Pep
