The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of demoing a portion of the fire sprinkler branch lines in preparation to installing a new vaulted ceiling. Five branch lines will have sections of piping removed and capped. The system shall be returned to service at the end of each. NO occupancy is permitted while the system is impaired with partial branch piping removed, other than construction personnel. The fire-protection contractor has indicated they are under contract to replace the sprinkler piping as soon as possible. There shall be NO storage of combustible material within the space.
