The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and deleting sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling construction. The new tenant is occupying approximately the south ½ of the 9th floor. The existing system is a 2” tree with 1¼" branch lines. The sprinklers are on flex heads. The original permit number is BLD04-02348. The existing floor control valve is located in the east stairway. The original hydraulics was conducted on the 11th floor. Therefore new hydraulics did not seem to be necessary on this remodel.
