5/25/12 Plan Modification (no initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to include an AES RF radio to replace the DACT and to re-zone some of the circuiting. (See additional comments for the AES starting on page 3).
5/14/12: This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm panel with new. This permit scope is to include a smoke above the panel, a pull station, hood suppression system monitoring, and sprinkler system monitoring. HVAC was not indicated on the plans. Per the contractor Rite-Aide has a separate fire alarm system. There is no associated building permit.
