This fire alarm permit is to replace a DSC wireless with an AES RF Radio for fire alarm communications to a central station. There is no associated building permit.
Project History: The DACT was replaced with an AES RF Radio in 2009 by SimplexGrinnell. Then in 2012, SimplexGrinnell was issued a fire alarm permit to replace the AES with a DSC wireless/cellular transmitter. They installed the DSC but never called in to final the permit. They have since voided their permit. Per Simplex, the DSC is fully functional and is reporting all signals.
