Permit finaled. As-builts have been corrected and upright head changed out.

The as-builts do not correctly show the actual branchline modified. Also many upright sprinkler heads are still covered with tape and one in the rear storage area has been painted.

At the time of inspection the plans had not been resubmitted with the plan modifications. I did perform and pass the overhead hydro test.

Could not find approved plans on site. Walls have been installed and the upright sprinkler protection appears to be correct. The two branchlines that were located too close to one another have been modified to increase spacing between the two lines. Painters had many of the heads covered so their removal will need to be verified at the final. Per the project history plans still have not been resubmitted for review and the hydro test is still needed. I left message on Stephen's cell phone to call me back.

The plan review comments could not be located on site but per online documentation it appears a hydro test is required. I spoke to Stephen about this. I also noted two painted upright sprinkler heads. Their locations are marked on the plans. Also two branchlines, with sprinkler heads, are located less than 6'-0" from one another . On of them does not appear on the approved plans. Plans showing the actual pipe routing will need to be resubmitted and the spacing issue corrected. This list is not all inclusive since not all of the walls/work has been completed at this time.
