The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing a new wet pipe system throughout the building. The 6” underground is existing. The system consists of two trees. The mains are 4” and the branch piping is 1½”. There is a small 2½”dry system protecting the canopies. The building is divided into two spaces. The largest area is a restaurant. The smaller area is unoccupied at this time. The entire system was design for Ordinary Hazard II to support future occupancies.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
