Work to include: demolition of existing pre kitchen area, installation of new interior wall to divide space into two exercise rooms, installation of new counters, removal of an interior nonbearing partition, installation of a new high / low accessible drinking fountain, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
