To construct a 5,925 square foot meeting room tenant space located on the 17th story of a high-rise building. The drawings are filed under permit BLD13-00889. These drawings also include work to be done under permits BLD13-00889 (1st story) and BLD13-00903 (7th story). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board ceiling soffits, millwork, and finishes. In addition, a warming kitchen will be provided. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors are not allowed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
