This building if fire sprinklered for non-separated uses and area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two private offices, an open office area, a storage balcony, a plan room, two unisex accessible restrooms, a break room, a conference room, and a storage closet], installation of new load bearing walls / floor to create a new second floor and mezzanine area, installation of new guard rails on storage balcony, installation of new electrical, installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, installation of mop sink, new high / low drinking fountain, construction of two new interior open stairways, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
