Existing tenant space of 7,723 sq. ft. office tenant with 1,950 sq. ft. of assembly Conference/Training room and 4,937 sq.ft. of warehouse in an existing 14,965 sq.ft under BLD08-02170. Permit to create a test in fill room 620 sq ft room to test and fill fire extinguishers. Scope of work; to include 2 nonbearing walls and compressor closet as per approved plans. Interior finish shall be per IBC chapter 8. Door hardware shall meet requirements of chapter 10, IBC. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical require separate permits and inspections. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
