(JCPENNEY – Sephora – 1st floor) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit is to remodel 3,297 square foot of an existing JCPenny retail anchor store (1st floor). Work is to include: construction of a new partition wall, some new lighting, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: installation of new racking that exceeds 8 ft in height will require a separate “Racking Permit” be submitted and approved prior to installation. **TLW**
