Permit to construct nonbearing interior partition walls to create a waiting room and office and a break room. Demolition and electrical shall be per the approved plans. Interior finish shall meet the requirements of chapter 8, IBC. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. The building has a current Certificate of Occupancy issued by Ada County that is on file with the City Records Department. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. (PC#0746-02) This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
