Description |
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of removing the existing pendent sprinklers and drop. The space will be converted to an empty shell space. The branch lines will be rotated and slightly moved to avoid obstructions with the existing building structure.
This permit is for the space adjacent to Gordman.
For demolition of interior nonbearing walls in existing retail tenant space per the approved plans. Scope of work to include nonbearing rated demising wall as per approved plans. Conduit for electrical in floor, see valuation for limited amount of work. Major TI shall include electrical installed in floor on plans stamped by electrical engineer. Any electrical non in compliance with approved engineered plans at Major TI will have to be modified. Major TI anticipated to be submitted 9/18/13 per letter from Architect in documents. Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. All building sprinkler, alarm, and smoke evacuation systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after demo is completed. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT**AJS
