The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

This building has a fire sprinkler system. To construct interior tenant improvements for a new restaurant tenant within a new 1,809 square foot shell building. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD13-00731. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a grease hood and duct, a dishwasher hood and duct, kitchen equipment, tables, stools, chairs, and interior finishes. To support roof top mechanical equipment, changes to the roof structure are required. Special Inspection is required for any field welding of roof trusses. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**

Piping in the two restrooms and the area immediately outside of these rooms is ok to cover. There is wood in the soffit above the service counter, which tim frost is ok with. There is wood above the ceiling in the kitchen area that tim is not ok with except for the walls around the office. All of the exposed wood, except at the office will need to cut away, as per agreement with building contractor. Office walls ok due to the addition of one upright sprinker, at deck, in the office.
