The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Remodel changing occupancy from retail/storage, Idaho Youth Ranch space to a new bakery use per approved plans. Work to include interior partition walls to create an additional office and a pastry kitchen. Three factory fabricated walk in coolers. Each will be installed all under 200 sq ft. new bathroom layout as per approved plans. Interior finish shall be per chapter 8, IBC. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **AJS**
