Scope of work for suite 190, new nonbearing partition walls to create 21 office spaces, 1 break room with sink, 1 server room, 2 storage rooms, 1 adult therapy room, 1 kids group therapy room, 1 nursing office, 1 training meeting room, 2 conference /training rooms, 1 work room, 2 ADA compliant restrooms. Ceiling grid and lighting to remain the same as per approved plans. Demo per approved plans. Interior finish shall be per chapter 8, IBC. This building is sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
