Interior demolition of existing dining fixtures, interior partitions, restroom fixtures, and selective demolition of existing ceilings per approved plans. Scope of work to include; Interior finish update, dressing room, new dining seating layout, new bar and associated equipment, new exterior cooler, a men’s accessible urinal room, new lighting, daylighting, and relocation of main entry door.
