The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit is to build out a 4,774 metal milling and office tenant (4,247 sq. ft. 1st floor / 527 sq. ft. 2nd floor)in an existing 20,268 square foot shell and core building (BLD07-00349). This building if fire sprinklered for non-separated uses and area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a private office, two open office areas, two unisex accessible restrooms, and a manufacturing area], installation of new load bearing walls / floor to create a new second floor, installation of new electrical, installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, installation of mop sink, new kitchenette with sink, construction of a new interior open stairway, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
