Permit for minor demolish per approved plans. Scope of work to include adding 3 private phone rooms and remodeling the existing break room and work room. Noncombustible nonbearing partition walls per approved walls. Minor plumbing, mechanical and 3 light fixtures will be replaced. Interior finish shall meet the requirements of chapter 8, IBC. This building is fully sprinklered to substitute for 1 hour rated construction. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire department. **AJS**
