The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

To remodel a 7,697 square foot portion of the 1st story of this existing 3 story building into an out-patient dialysis facility. Work to include: removal of selective existing interior walls and new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create: a main dialysis treatment room, exam room, home training rooms, offices, employee areas, and water treatment room; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; separate the water treatment, supply storage, and med waste rooms with a 1 hour fire barrier per incidental use separation requirements; install new lighting, emergency lighting and illuminated exit signs; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is fully sprinkled for substitution of 1- hour fire-resistive construction. This building also has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **SRZ**
