Permit is to remodel an existing 650 square foot restaurant area in the food court area of the Boise Town Square Mall. This space was previously occupied by “Edo Japan” under BLD99-02754. Scope of work includes: new mechanical, new plumbing, new equipment, new accessible doors / hardware, new lighting, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
