Conference room created by nonbearing noncombustible framing with repair to ceiling grid as needed. . Door hardware to be lever type. New 20 min rated door to be installed in existing corridor wall. Door shall meet all requirements to be placed in rated assembly. Minor demo per approved plans. There is NO plumbing changes indicated on the plan submittal. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL
