Permit is to remodel existing office in the Key Financial center, floor 8, from one single tenant space BLD04-01610 to two tenant spaces with new tenant demising wall as shown on approved plans. The remaining space is permitted under BLD14-00573. Scope includes minor demolition and construction of new offices, workroom, conference room, and storage room. Interior finish to be per chapter 8 IBC. New door complying with smoke partition for elevator lobby as shown on approved plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
