The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Plan modification approved 4/29/14 ajs Tenant Improvement for College of Western Idaho in the first floor space of the existing Lynx Building. The tenant space is 4118 s.f. of existing office space. The second exit from this space shall open with a single motion. Demo per approved plans. This interior project consists of new space configurations and minor cabinetry, portions of new ceiling grid. New nonbearing partition walls for a total of 11 Advisor rooms, 2 offices, 1 conference room, 2 ADA restrooms, 1 break room, 1 work room, 1 comm room. The One Stop and Career Center areas are calculated at 1/15 as it is over 750sq ft per policy for occupant load. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
