Scope of work to include; new nonbearing noncombustible walls creating waiting area, reception area, open office space, conference room, one ADA restroom, coffee bar area. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical scope of work to be permitted. Interior finish material shall meet the requirements of IBC chapter 8. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13 and is being used for occupancy separation reduction and fire flow. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
