The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a new cooler by dropping sprinklers from the above lines.

(NORTHWEST SPECIALTY BEVERAGE COMPANY 1,500 SQ FT WALK IN COOLER- C of O under BLD14-00330. This permit is for the construction of a 1,500 sq foot panelized walk in cooler inside a distribution warehouse. The mechanical units for this cooler will be installed on the roof of the existing building as per the engineering calculations. They will be located more than 10 feet for the roof top edge. The cooler will be installed per the attached engineering to the approved plans and the manufactures specifications. This cooler shall meet the requirements for finish material from chapter 8 IBC and plastic requirements of chapter 16 IBC. This building is fully sprinklered. Please contact Tim Frost at 384-3781 for the requirements for the fire sprinkler permits needed to extend the fire protection system into the new cooler space. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
