The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a 4-unit apartment building. CPVC pipe and extended throw residential sprinklers are being utilized.

The first story units are required to be Type 'B' units. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1-hour rated exit corridor with 20-minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One-hour fire-partitions and one-hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered.
