The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(Vanilla Tenant)NO OCCUANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUANCY.Type of construction for this building has been re evalutated see cover sheet of approved plans. New 1 hour tenant demising wall and new office in existing warehouse space. Scope of work to include nonbearing noncombustible interior walls, open office, break room, 2 ADA compliant restrooms, hi/low drinking fountain, new windows, ceiling system, lighting. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. New exterior opening for new windows shall meet engineering specifications in approved plans. No racking is approved under this permit. Racking over 8 feet requires a separate building permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
