The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

Fire sprinklers used for high rise. To create a 2,859 square foot exercise space to expand the current adjacent tenant spaces occupied by the same tenant BLD13-02585. This tenant space is on the 2nd story of a new high rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, mechanical, electrical and finishes that meet chapter 8 of the IBC. The required restrooms and drinking fountains for this space are provided with in the existing Zenergy tenant space and in the core restrooms. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **ajs**

Overhead work at the grid ceilings passed rough-in. Need to repair/patch holes at the deck where new hangers are installed. One upright head at the NE corner open gym area needs relocated, also missing coverage at ductwork obstruction NE corner.
