(MY BULLFROG) Permit to renovate existing tenant space. This 1,263 sq ft existing tenant space was previously occupied by TCBY Yogurt under building permit number 1030262 C of O #03477. Scope of work to include demo per approved plans and cap existing pulmbing drain, construction of one new nonbearing, noncombustible partition wall to create sales area and back room. The back room can NOT be used for storage. It is a breakroom and office only. Access to the restrooms shall be provided to the public and the employee's. A new ceiling grid and lighting will be installed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
