The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting wings E, F & G. The attic in wing F is protected with concealed space sprinklers. The remainder of the attic is protected, with attic sprinkler and standard upright sprinklers.

The Terraces of Boise - Main Building Wings F and G - To construct a new 72,340 square foot, four story, wood framed independent living apartment building. This is a wing of a larger building, with building wings separated by two-hour firewalls. This building is being constructed on top of an underground parking garage. The parking garage is separated from the above apartment building by a three-hour horizontal separation. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area and height increases. First Floor: 20,000 sq. ft. with 16 apartments and a design center. Second Floor: 21,000 sq. ft. with 15 apartments and a media area. Third Floor: 17,475 sq. ft. with 13 apartments and a small theater. Fourth Floor: 13,865 sq. ft. with 8 apartments units. All floors contain mechanical/electrical and housekeeping areas. Wings F and G will constructed as part of Phase II
