The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting wings H. Extended coverage sprinklers and standard sprinklers are being utilized. The attic for building H will be under a separate submittal.

The Terraces of Boise - Main Building Wing H - To construct a new 66,075 square foot, four story, concrete and steel framed assisted living and memory care and commons building. This is a wing of a larger building, with wings separated by two-hour fire walls. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. First Floor: 7,090 sq. ft. consisting of Commons areas. The commons area contains administrative offices and employee back of house areas. Second Floor: 25,155 sq. ft. with 24 memory care apartments and a dining/living area, kitchen, family room and activity areas. Third Floor: 16,915 sq. ft. with 20 assisted living apartments with a 4,280 sq. ft. occupied landscaped roof area. Fourth Floor: 16,915 sq. ft. with 20 assisted living apartments. All floors contain mechanical/electrical and housekeeping areas. The first and second floor commons areas, on the east side of Wing H, will be constructed as part of Phase I and the memory care and assisted living portion of Wing H will be constructed as part of Phase II. RTC inspection for Bldg. H 3rd floor hard lids. Conversation about fire-caulking transpired. Called Jim Storey to confirm requirements. Jim stated that fire cauling required for all wall penetrations between the rooms and the corridor, as well as the walls separating the unit rooms. Therefore, more caulking is required, as many of the walls separating units were not fire caulked. Will reschedule when completed.
